  1. request an estimate

We provide a no-obligation estimation. Please provide us with a floor plan, or we can send a member of our team to take measurements of the jobsite. To ensure an accurate estimate we need to have wall sizes, ceiling heights, and appliance specifications. Once we have obtained this information we can have an estimate back to you in a few days! Please let us know if you need countertops and we can provide quote from our partner.

2. Meet with a designer

Schedule and appointment to come to our showroom. This is when we will discuss layout, material choices, colors, and accessories. We will provide you with drawings and 3D renderings of your project. When drawings and all selections are made, updated pricing will be provided.

3. approvals

We REQUIRE that you provide signature that all layouts and selections are correct and final. At this time, the 50% production deposit is to be made and contract be signed.

Any changes upon this point may affect final pricing and cause delays. Jobs will not be placed into the production schedule until the 50% deposit is made.

After payment and approval we begin assuming all the materials. Upon arrival of the material our team begins production. The timeframe of this process varies between job size and workload. We also offer toe kick installation prior to flooring if requested.

Upon completion and delivery of cabinets a 40% Installation/Delivery invoice is expected to be paid. A team will arrive to install the cabinets and run trimwork! If you have chosen a farm/apron sink and/or decided to provide your own handles those items must be onsite to be installed.

If farm/apron sinks or handles aren’t onsite at time of install, it will result in delays and additional trip charges.

Sometimes we have to come back to your jobsite after countertops to install cabinets that sit on the counter, and sometimes we have mishaps along and we need fix!

Upon completion a Final invoice for the remaining balance will be issued. Any charges that occurred will be reflected in this bill.
